No-Line coloring with MFT Picture Perfect Part 3

Hi Everyone! I just can’t stop coloring these cuties from the Picture Perfect stamp set from MFT. This card is also my entry to the Clean & Simple Genius contest of MFT.

First I stamped the images on Neenah Solar White cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored them with Copic Sketch markers:

  • Small Monkey: E35, E37, E39, E50, E51, E53
  • Big Monkey and Sloth: E50, E51, E53, E55, E57, E59
  • Background: YR24, Y18, Y13
  • Tree: YG67, YG17, YG13, YG11, W0, W2, W4

To create a frame around the card, I blended Distress Oxide ink Carved Pumpkin on white cardstock. This frame really helps the 2 cute scenes pop from the card. To add dimension, I adhered the scene with foam tape to the card base. And that finishes of the card!

I hope you like this card and it gave you inspiration. If you are curious to see all my other cards created with this stamp set, click here. Thanks for stopping by and see you next time!

No-Line coloring with MFT Picture Perfect

Hi Everyone! Today I’m back with a card featuring the Picture Perfect stamp set from MFT. The design was inspired by the current MFT Sketch challenge. I’ve always wanted to try no-line coloring with my copics and this stamp set is perfect for it!

First I stamped the sloth on Neenah Desert Storm cardstock with Memento Desert Sand Ink. I colored him with Copic Sketch markers:

  • Body: E53, E55, E57
  • Face: E50, E51
  • Nails: C9, C5, C3, C1
  • Background: BG02
  • Tree: YG01, YG13, YG17, YG67, C5, C1, white color pencil

To create a frame, I die cut 2 strips of paper with the MFT Wonky Stitched rectangles die. On the card base I adhered a polka dots pattern paper. For the sentiment I stamped Happy Birthday on the same cardstock as the frame with Archival Ink Coffee

I hope you like this card and it gave you inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and see you next time!

Card | Congratulate Yourselfie

Hi Everyone! Today I’m back with a card featuring the Picture Perfect stamp set from MFT. The design was inspired by the current MFT Sketch challenge. I made the card for a couple that has a tabby cat and a brown dog, so I tried to depict them in the card.

First I stamped the cat and dog on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored them with Copic Sketch markers:

  • Cat: E13, E31, Y18, RV11, E00, R24
  • Dog: E31, E35, E39, RV11, E00, C1, C3, C5, C9
  • Background: YG13, YG17, YG67

For the polaroid frame I used the Die-Namic from MFT called Polaroid Shaker Frame. For the background I masked of certain area’s one by one, and blended Distress Inks on the cardstock. I used the colors: Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, and Mowed Lawn. To add more interest to the background, I sprayed water over it with a Distress Sprayer and dabbed of the water with a paper towel.

I stamped the sentiment on black cardstock with Versamark ink and heat embossed white embossing powder.

And that finishes the card. I hope you like it and it gave you some inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and see you next time!

Card | MFT Picture Perfect Friendship

Hi Everyone! Here is another card with the Picture Perfect stamp set from MFT. I just could not wait to create another one. I kept the design basically the same af with my other card, but I used different colored cardstock.

First I stamped the cat and dog on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored them with Copic Sketch markers:

  • Cat: C1, C3, C5, C9, R22, R24, RV11
  • Dog: E31, E13, E39, R22, RV11, C3, C5, C9
  • Background: YG01, YG13

For the polaroid frame I used the Die-Namic from MFT called Polaroid Shaker Frame. To give it a bit of dimension, I adhered craft foam to the polaroid frame before adhering it on top of the cat and dog. To decorate the background, I trimmed cardstock from the Spring Fling paper pack from Lawn Fawn. I adhered the cardstock to the card base with double sided tape and then I put the image on top.

I hope you liked this card and it gave you some inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and see you next time!

Card | MFT Picture Perfect #instafamous

Hi Everyone! I am so excited I got my hands on the Picture Perfect stamp set from MFT. For some reason it was quite hard to get, but here it is! For the design of this card I was inspired by the MFT Sketch Challenge of this week. As I think the stamps are really adorable and large, the card design can be kept quite simple.

First I stamped the cats on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored them with Copic Sketch markers:

  • Grey cat: C1, C3, C5, R22, R24, R29, RV11, Y11, Y13, Y18
  • Brown cat: E31, E13, E39, R24, R22, RV11, C5
  • Background: B00, BG02, BG05

For the polaroid frame I used the Die-Namic from MFT called Polaroid Shaker Frame. To give it a bit of dimension, I adhered craft foam to the polaroid frame before adhering it on top of the cats. To decorate the background, I trimmed cardstock from the Spring Fling paper pack from Lawn Fawn. I adhered the cardstock to the card base with double sided tape and then I put the cats on top.

I did not make a video of this card process. But if you are interested in how I made this card, or you want to see how I did the copic coloring, just let me know.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
