Hi everyone! I’m loving this Sweet Shoppe Frame in non-traditional Christmas colors! It makes the card very happy and bright don’t you think?
Before I’m diving into the cardmaking process, I want to mention we have a challenge running over at Cloud9 Crafts. The theme of this month is “Birthday”. Head over to Instagram to see how you can participate and be eligible to win a prize!

First I stamped the critters from Holiday Huggers on Perfect Colouring paper and colored them with Copic markers:
- Mint: G02, G00, BG0000
- Yellow: E40, Y21, Y26, Y11
- Orange: YR02, YR01, YR000
- Dog: E57, E55, E53, E51, E50
- Bunny: E53, E51, E50
- Cat: E40, W2, W0
After coloring, I die cut the image with coordinating dies.

For the background, I die cut the Sweet Shoppe Frame from white cardstock, plus colored cardstock: Hint of Mint, Sticky Note, Apricot. In the white frame I inlayed all of the colored pieces. I love this inlayed look and the non-traditional colors for Christmas.
On the cardbase I adhered Hint of Mint cardstock, but in the center of the Shoppe Frame I put white cardstock splattered with Distress Oxide Cracked Pistachio. On that piece of cardstock I stamped the sentiment from Fa La La. The frame I popped up with foam tape, and I adhered the critters on top.
I hope you like this card, and it gave you inspiration. Thank you for stopping by and see you next time!
