Hi everyone! Did you know the stamp I used for this card is actually based on me and my cat? I love having a stamp inspired by me and my best friend! This stamp was designed by Rachelle, and available at MFT and of course Cloud9 Crafts.
Before I’m diving into the cardmaking process, I want to mention we have a challenge running over at Cloud9 Crafts. The theme of this month is “Big Sentiments”. Head over to Instagram to see how you can participate and be eligible to win a prize!

First I stamped the image from Best Friends Furever on Perfect Colouring paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with Copic markers:
- Hair: E49, E59, E57, E55, E51
- Skin: E04, E13, E11, E00, E000, R30, R32
- Clothes: YR02, YR01, YR000, G24, G21, G20
- Cat: W4, W2, W0, R30
After coloring, I fussy cut the image with Cutter Bee scissors. Do know there are also coordinating dies available.

For the background, I used the Watercolor Wash stencil and Distress Oxides Rustic Wilderness, Cracked Pistachio, Bundled Sage, and Dried Marigold. In the pictures it is difficult to see, but I also used shimmer spray on the background to give it a nice sparkle.
The sentiment I heat embossed in white on black cardstock. Instead of centring everything on the card, I thought it to be more playful to stick to the sides. To connect the stamped image and sentiment, I added hearts in between them. The hearts I die cut out of white cardstock with the Say What Gift Tags die and colored them with YR02 Copic marker. To also add shine to the hearts, I used the Sparkle Clear Overlay pen and Glossy Accents.
I hope you like this card, and it gave you inspiration. Thank you for stopping by and see you next time!
