Hi everyone! This card has a similar design to what I shared earlier this week but with a few twists. The big Merry and Bright from Pinkfresh Studio makes it super easy to quickly create Christmas cards. With this one I’m loving the beautiful red sparkle foil against the pink background!
Before I’m diving into the cardmaking process, I want to mention we have a challenge running over at Cloud9 Crafts. The theme of this month is “Glitter”. Head over to Instagram to see how you can participate and be eligible to win a prize!

First I stamped the Nordic Plushies on Perfect Colouring paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with Copic markers:
- Bear: E50, E51, E53, E35, E04, R85, R83, R81, V000
After heating up the Foilpress machine, I went ahead and foiled the Merry and Bright. With help of the solid hot foil plate, I got the negative with the leftover foil. I’m loving the red outline I got with this!

For the background I stamped the Dainty Plaid with VersaMark ink on Ballet Slippers cardstock and heat set the white embossing powder. In order to create a gradient of colors, I ink blended the top with Yeti ink and the bottom with Distress Oxide Worn Lipstick.
With a scalloped rectangle, I framed the background and adhered the sentiment and critter on top. As a finishing touch, I added Rose Shell Blossom sequins (discontinued) on the background.
I hope you like this card, and it gave you inspiration. Thank you for stopping by and see you next time!
