Hi everyone! Did you know you can foil die cuts with the Solid Hot Foil Plate? I tried it for the first time today, and I love it! For this card I let myself be inspired by the current Pinkfresh challenge. I focused on creating beautiful backgrounds, and also used most of the colors of the challenge.

To create the leaf background, I used the Leafy Branch die and die cut leaves from Sno Cone cardstock and white cardstock which I ink blended with Mint ink. I positioned the leaves in such a way, that they would peak out from behind the gold frame. To create that frame, I first die cut it from white cardstock, and used the Solid Hot Foil Plate to foil the frame. I absolutely love this is possible!

For the background inside the frame, I used the Dotted Scallops Coverplate to create interest to the white background. On top, I adhered the Fancy Script sentiment.

The corners of the frame I wanted to decorate with the Small Butterflies, which I foiled on vellum for a soft look. These butterflies I adhered with Glossy Accents on top of Princess Pink cardstock. I also added a few decorative leaves from the Garden Wreath die. To finish off the card, I added a few Iridescent Pearls.
I hope you like this card, and it gave you inspiration. Thank you for stopping by and see you next time!
