Hi everyone! For this card design, I used the Blooming Branch stamp set to create sort of a frame. This was inspired by the current Pinkfresh Studio challenge of March. It is quite a simple and soft design, but I do love it!

First I stamped the Blooming Branch around the card with Lawn Fawn Jellyfish ink. This is a soft grey ink which you can also use for no-line coloring. To give color to the flowers, I used the coordinating stencils and Distress Oxides. The Distress Oxide colors I used are: Squeezed Lemonade, Dried Marigold, Worn Lipstick, Salvaged Patina, Mustard Seed. As you may have noticed, I did not use all of the stencils to create layering details, but kept the design ‘flat’. My main focus was to create a nice transition between colors and keep the overall look soft.

In the center of the panel, I stamped the sentiment with Lawn Fawn River Rock ink. The big Hello I die cut from Fog and white cardstock with the Scripted Greetings die. As cardbase, I used Sage Leaf cardstock which nicely compliments the colors on the card.
As a finishing touch, I added tiny diamonds in pastel colors from Taylored Expressions.
I hope you like this card, and it gave you inspiration. Thank you for stopping by and see you next time!
With this card I’m participating in the March 2022 challenge of Pinkfresh Studio.
