Hi everyone! This month I’m guest designing for Polkadoodles and today I created a card as inspiration for the current challenge, which has the theme ‘shopping’. I really love the Winnie Sunshine Delights collection, and fell in love with this girl holding flowers. She gives me a living in Paris vibe, and just shopped for flowers in her home.
First I printed the Happy Days digi together with a sentiment from Winnie Sunshine Delights on Perfect Colouring paper. As I knew what pattern paper I wanted to use from the Let’s Hang Out collection, I also chose matching Copic colors to go with it:
- Hair: E44, E35, E33, YR20
- Skin: E04, E13, E11, E00, E000, R20
- Pinks: E04, R85, R83, R81, R000
- Blues: BG07, BG45, B00, B000
- Greens: YG17, YG63, G21, G20, Y000
To frame the scene with the girl, I used the Wonky Stitched Rectangles from MFT. Behind it I layered 2 pattern papers which go lovely together. As a finishing touch, I added sequins from Little Things from Lucy, called She’s So Lovely.
