Hi everyone! These jungle critters are going on adventure! I really loved a lot of items from the latest Hello Bluebird release and could not wait to combine the Word Buddies Jungle with the Flying High set.
First I stamped all the images on Perfect Colouring paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them in with Copic markers.
- Monkey: E29, E37, E33, E21, E30, E00, YR000
- Sloth: E59, E27, E25, E23, E21
- Basket: BV29, BG78, BG75, BG72, BG45
- Balloon: BG45, BG15, BG32, BG11, BG78, BG72, BG45, B00, RV29, RV14, RV13, RV11
For the background I created clouds using the Lawn Fawn Slimline Cloudy stencil and Distress Oxide Spun Sugar. To add more interest, I diluted Distress Oxide Picked Raspberry with water and splattered it on the background. After my background was done and dry, I die cut it with the Small Slimline With Lift The Flaps from Lawn Fawn.
As card base, I used a white panel, die cut with the Slim Window Dressing die from Mama Elephant, on which I ink blended Distress Oxide Broken China. The hot air balloon with the critters I popped up with foam tape to make them stand out more from the background. The sentiment is from the Flying High set which I stamped with VersaFine Onyx Black ink.
