Hi everyone! This month the challenge at Cloud9 Crafts is to create tags and bookmarks. For the projects of today I really wanted to use the new I Pick You Additions from Clearly Besotted and combine it with the Bake Off stamp set. The shop also has super cute strawberry sequins to go with these stamp sets so I just had to use it!
For the first tag I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Perfect Colouring paper and colored them with Copic markers.
- Bears: E29, E27, E25, E23, E21, R20, E00
- Bowl: BG45, BG32, BG10
- Strawberries: R29, R24, R22, R20, YG17, YG03
After the coloring was done, I fussy cut them using Cutterbee scissors. For the the background of the tag, I used pattern paper from the Into The Woods paper pack from Lawn Fawn. To create enough dimension for the shaker, I die cut the Cloud Nine cloud out of craft foam. You could also die cut it multiple times from cardstock and stack it on top of each other. Between 2 top layers of the cloud, I adhered acetate and also a part of the Say What Gift Tags so I would have a spot to run the twine through. For the shaker bits, I used My Treat Sprinkletz from Buttons Galore and Chunky Glitter from Lawn Fawn. The critters I adhered on top using tacky glue and foam squares from Scrapbook Adhesives.
The other tag is very similar to the previous one in how it has been build. However, for this tag I stamped the critters with Lawn Fawn Jellyfish ink as I wanted to do no-line coloring. The other difference lies in the pattern paper I used for the background, which is Spiffy Speckles from Lawn Fawn.
