Hi everyone! From the May release of Clearly Besotted I fell in love with the Crafty Characters! As I have a number of crafty friends, I just had to have this set! What I love about it, is it can be used for multiple crafty hobby themes, not just cardmaking. For instance, I also love crochet and that is included in the set as well!
First I stamped the images with my MISTI on Perfect Colouring paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Copic markers.
For the background, I used the Comic Cover Basic creative cuts from Mama Elephant to create the frame. For each of the windows, I ink blended a gradient with Distress Oxide Speckled Egg. To decorate the windows a bit more, I also added splatters with Distress Oxide Speckled Egg, plus I stamped little twinkles which are in the All Four Seasons set.
To stamp the sentiment I used VersaFine Onyx Black ink, which is my go to ink when stamping on Distress Oxide inks. I always get a good crisp image when using this ink.
