Hi everyone! We have a new challenge over at Cloud9 Crafts: pastel colors. On our Instagram you can find more information on how to participate in the challenge. With the card of today, I wanted to give you some inspiration. And I must say, this is not only a challenge for Cloud9 crafters, but also for myself 😆 For this card I chose to feature the Dashin Thru The Snow stamp set and the Slim Film City creative cuts from Mama Elephant.

On my YouTube channel there is also a process video available in which I show the no-line Copic coloring and how you can create this card. Also make sure to like and subscribe if you like watching my videos.
For a soft pastel look, I thought no-line coloring would look better than harsh black lines. If you also would like to try no-line coloring, you can stamp the images with for instance Lawn Fawn Jellyfish ink, or Inkon3 Fadeout ink. If no-line coloring is a bit too overwhelming, you could also try stamping with Crunchy Leaf or River Rock for a change. These are both in the Pottery Studio mini ink cubes pack of Lawn Fawn, and it really gives a different look to images to stamp them in a different color than black.

To create a soft background, I ink blended Distress Oxide Spun Sugar and Worn Lipstick in a gradient and also stenciled 3 snowflakes on top with the Snowflake Trio stencil and Yeti ink from Lawn Fawn.
I hope you also like this card and it gave you inspiration. Thank you for stopping, and see you next time!
