Hi! The Missees collection contains contains some amazing sequins and rub-ons, so I really wanted to put those in the spotlight. And what better way to do that, than a shaker card!
For the background of the shaker, I’m using pattern paper from the Mixed Paper Pad MPPKJ01. On the acetate, I adhered Missee Penny (RUBKJ04), she always makes me smile. At the top of the shaker, I put the pink sentiment bubble reading ‘have a Happy Birthday’ (RUBKJ03). The rub-ons are really easy to adhere, I just rubbed it on the acetate with a bone folder.
Inside the shaker, I put sequins from the Minty Moments (SEQUINKJ01) and Sparkly Sprinkles (SEQUINKJ04) sequins sets. What I always do, is use my anti-static powder tool on the sequins, and also on the sides of the foam tape, and on the acetate. This takes away some of the static and the sequins will not stick to everything. To finish off the card, I decorated the bottom of the shaker with hearts and an envelope from the envelope die set (STENCILKJ01).
