Hi! I hope you’re having a great weekend! The lovely Karin Joan designed another amazing line, Missees. Her previous line was the Blooming collection, which you can also check out on my blog. I’m very excited and honored I’m part of the design team for the Missees collection. For the card of today, I only thought it fitting to showcase this very cheerful Missee called Penny.
First I stamped the Missee from the stamp set STAMPKJ11 and colored her with my Copic markers. From the mixed paper pad MMPKJ01, I chose the blue rectangle with the white stripes. This paper forms a nice contrasting background for Penny. The bottom of the card I decorated with the sweets washi tapes, WASHIKJ03. I absolutely love these pastel colors, and they go so well with the paper pads!
To finish off the card, I stamped the sentiment ‘Joepie, tijd voor een feestje’ next to Penny. This was the very first card I created with the new Missees line, and I was very pleased with the result. This new collection will be available on September 29th!
