Lawn Fawn – Bugs on a Brick Wall

Hi everyone! Today I’m back with another Birthday card featuring the A Bug Deal and Hey Lady stamp set from Lawn Fawn. For this card I thought it would be cute if the little bugs had a brick wall to sit and crawl on.

In the video on my channel, I show how I created the brick wall, and of course the rest of the card. You can check out the video below or hop over to my channel. If you like watching my video’s, make sure to subscribe.

All the little bugs, I stamped on Perfect Colouring paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with copic markers. In the video, I show the coloring process including all the colors I used. For the grass, I die cut Cilantro cardstock with a grass die and added dimension and texture with Distress Ink Mowed Lawn.

For the sky, I used Distress Oxide Broken China and Tumbled Glass. These two colors work really well together and create a nice subtle gradient. To add interest and dimension to the card, I adhered some of the elements with liquid glue, and others with foam tape. And of course, the brick wall adds a lot of texture as well!

I hope you like these card and it gave you inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and see you next time!
