WCPKJ01
On this page I will feature several pages from the Watercoloring Pad (WCPKJ01). This pad contains 20 sheets of heavy weight cardstock, all in different designs! And each page also has a hidden surprise on it. A part of the design is in white magic ink. Only when you watercolor on top, it will reveal the design!
For this design I chose to watercolor with Nuvo Shimmer Powder Atlantis Burst, Blue Blitz, and Solar Flare. In the top left, you can see the design which is revealed when you watercolor over it.
To get an organic effect, I first applied the Shimmer Powder and then sprayed water on top. Due to the water, the colors start to pop up and move. It is always a surprise how the page will turn out.
To make the leaves stand out a bit more, I also watercolored them separately once the page had dried.
For this design as well, I chose to watercolor with Nuvo Shimmer Powders. The colors are Atlantis Burst, Cherry Bomb, Violet Brocade, and Solar Flare.
The word ‘Simple’ is revealed when you watercolor over it. And keeping it simple is also exactly what I did for this page.
To frame the watercolor piece, I taped washi tape (WASHIKJ01) from the Blooming collection all around the border.
For this page I used my standard watercolor set. The white spots in the background are revealed when you watercolor over it.
To frame the page, I used the washi tape nr 1 and 2 all around the border. For the sentiment, I grabbed 2 texts from the Die Cut set nr 1.
