Hi everyone! The new Let’s Stick Together stamp set from MFT is too cute! I just had to have this set. For the design of this card I was inspired by 2 MFT challenges: The Birthday Project, and the Sketch Challenge.

For the ones interested, I have also created a video on my YouTube channel. If you like watching my videos and don’t want to miss any future videos, make sure to subscribe to my channel.
First I started by stamping the images on Perfect Colouring paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with my copic markers:
- Cacti: YG01, YG13, YG15, YG17, R22, R24, R29
- Flower pots: E09, E39, E37, E35, E59
After fussy cutting, I adhered the cacti to the pots with tacky glue and set them aside. To create the background, I used the Snow Day stencil from Cleary Besotted together with Distress Oxide ink Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron. To add more interest and a bit of sparkle, I splattered Red Gold paint from Gansai Tambi on the background. To get a nice border around the background, I die cut it with the Wonky Stitched Rectangles die.

For the Cheers sentiment, I used the Caption Alphabet die cuts from MFT. This I die cut from paper which I ink blended red with Distress Oxide ink Candied Apple. For the other sentiment, I used gold embossing powder, which matched nicely with the gold splatters on the background.
The Sketch challenge gave me the idea to let the cacti hang from twine. I tied the twine in a knot, and adhered it with tacky glue to the back of the cacti. I adhered the cacti with foam tape to the background, and taped the twine to the back of the card. And that finishes of the card!
I hope you like this card and it gave you inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and see you next time!
