The Best Is Yeti To Come – Scalloped Box Card

Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing my second Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up from Lawn Fawn. This time I’m featuring the Yeti Or Not stamp set. What I love about this card is the non-traditional look of it. My previous card was with traditional red colors. If interested, here you can find all the cards I made with the Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up die.

Sale alert! At Scrapbook.com there is currently the 12 days of Christmas Sale, with 20-50% discount on Lawn Fawn!

If interested, I have made a video on my YouTube channel where I’m showing how to create this Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up. Additionally I have a good tip on how to align a straight sentiment on a wavy banner!

First I stamped all the images on Perfect Colouring paper with Mememto Tuxedo Black Ink. Then I colored them with my copic markers:

  • Trees: YG01, YG13, YG17, YG67, E55, E57
  • Scarf, hat, icecream snowboard: BG10, BG11, BG72, BG75, BG78
  • Yeti’s: C0, C1, C3, BG10

After all the images were colored, I die cut them with the coordinating dies. I also stamped a bunch of snowflakes from the Yeti or Not stamp set on vellum and heat embossed them with white embossing powder. The base of the Scalloped Box I die cut out of Speckled Eggshell cardstock. For all the flaps, I die cut Mermaid cardstock, and pattern paper from the Snow Day Remix paper pack.

For the inserts I wanted to have the look of snow banks. Therefore, I choose to use Sugar Crystal cardstock as this is a beautiful glitter cardstock which really adds to the effect of snow. . Now all my elements were ready and it was assembly time. For that process, it is easiest to watch the video on my channel.

I hope you like this card and it gave you inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and see you next time!
