Hi everyone! Summer is ending, but I was still in the mood to create this happy and bright summer card. To create this card I used the adorable Treat Yo’Self stamp set from Heffy Doodle.

To create the card, I first stamped the 2 images from the Treat Yo’Self stamp set with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Neenah cardstock. I colored the images with the following copic markers:
- Yellow Cotton Candy: Y18, Y13, Y11, YR24
- Orange Cotton Candy: Y18, YR04, YR06
As for the background, I ink blended Distress Ink Mustard Seed and Spiced Marmalade over the Sprinkled with Fun stencil. To add dimension and shine, I went over it with Nuvo glimmer paste. To create even more interest, I splattered the background with the same Distress Inks but diluted with water.
The sentiment I heat embossed with white embossing powder on bright yellow cardstock. To make it stand out from the background, I adhered the sentiment and images with foam tape.
