Hi everyone! Let’s go to the beach with the Beach Chickies! This card shows a typical day at the beach: During the day you enjoy the sun and take a dive, and in the evening you enjoy the last rays of sunshine with a cocktail.
To make the card, I first stamped and colored the images from Mama Elephant with my Copic Sketch markers. To create the backgrounds I blended several Distress Ink colors. For the blue sky I used Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean. For the sunset sky I used Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, and Fired Bricked. To create the sand I blended Antique Linen and Vintage Photo.
For the polaroid frame I used the Die-Namic from MFT called Polaroid Shaker Frame. To make the card look playful, I adhered the images also outside the polaroid frames. The yellow-ish background is from the Spiffy Speckles paper from Lawn Fawn.
