Hi everyone! In a previous post I also made a card with the MFT Magical Unicorns stamp set and there I choose non-traditional colors. For this card I did the opposite and chose pink and blue as the main colors.

I started with creating the background by blending Distress Ink Worn Lipstick and Peacock Feathers over the MFT Cloud Stencil. After the background was completely dry, I cut it in the shape I wanted and stamped the sentiment on top with VersaFine Onyx Black ink. To add shine to the sentiment, I heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.
For the unicorn I decided to stick with the colors I used for the background as well. That way it is all tied together. To add a bit more pop of color, I used Distress Ink Mustard Seed as well for the unicorn hair. To make him all sparkly, I went over the hair with Wink of Stella. For the unicorn’s horn I chose to put Stickles Stardust on top as that sparkles even more.
To finish up the card, I drew stitch lines with a micron pen around the border. So which card do you like better? Pink or orange?
