Card | Llama Happy Birthday with Distress Ink techniques

Hello everyone! I hope you’re having a great weekend. For today’s card I combined several Lawn Fawn stamps with the Llama as the main feature in the card.

Make sure to check out my video in which I also show several techniques with Distress Inks.

For the main element of the card, I die cut a circle out of Strathmore Mixed Media paper. On this circle, I stamped the clouds and flowers. For the grass and sky, I masked off the opposite area and blended Distress Ink Salty Ocean on the page for the sky, and Mowed Lawn for the grass.

The flowers I watercolored with Distress Inks Seedless Preserves, Worn Lipstick, and Mustard Seed. For the main colors of the Llama I used Antique Linen, Vintage Photo, and Walnut Stain.

Then I cut 2 purple strips on which I stamped the sentiments. I glued these on the card base with a tape runner. After that I adhered the circle with the scene on the page.

Hope you like it!
